After literally hours of searching, and after nearly lobbing my laptop through the microsoft windows, this is my last idea. There was a thread, a while ago, in which I had a fairly heated debate (I think it was with Mike) on the effects of wedging in the feet. I was defending the rather shaky premise that a wedge (can’t remember if it was fore, rear, varus or valgus) could in some circumstances, shift the COP away from itself.
