Help? Lapidus surgery failed, what to do?

Had lapidus surgery January 31, 2014. Foot was better for a while and then started getting worse. Metatarsal started moving leftward, phalange started moving right, and fourth toe overlapped so bad that it started to blister, and fifth toe almost won’t fit in my shoe, also blistering
