Help!!!!

I had my large toenail permanently removed 5 weeks ago. I took antibiotics at the time (10 days) and kept triple antibiotic ointment on it for a couple of weeks. It’s been 5 weeks and I am in excrutiating, stabbing pain (especially at night) and I don’t know what to do.
