Hi, recent graduate with scalpel problems, are there any scalpel handling courses

Hi there, I graduated in podiatry this July, and when I got a job in a busy private practise in Oxford. When I got the job, I was really happy, but now I have been told I am way to slow and need improve scalepl technique and get quicker.
