How much do sports related injuries cost the NHS?

All, we hear much about how much smoking, obesity and alcohol cost the NHS per annum, but how much do sport’s related injuries cost? There is this data for Flanders in Belgium: http://bjsm.bmj.com/content/early/20…sm.2007.037937 but I’m struggling to find UK data.
