Ingrown toe nail infection left for 5 years

Hi, I have a question about a Big toe ingrown toe nail infection that I have been walking on for 5 years. Now let’s just get this out of the way yes i’m an idiot, I felt only minor pain and could easily walk fine with almost no pain so I procrassneded really bad and kept on putting it off getting looked at.
