In case you missed it, the world marathon record was broken in Berlin a couple of days ago by Wilson Kipsang. He heel striked his way to 2:03:23 I had to resort to following the race on Twitter and live analysis by Ross Tucker – it was frustrating not to watch it live as it appeared that after the first 10k, something special was going to happen
