Left Great Toe Hyperflexion Injury

Hello, I have been dealing pain and loss of range of motion in my left great toe after hyperflexing it during yoga. I’m now living in Dominica (Carribbean) and have limited access to modern medical care so I need some advise on how to proceed. Here’s the story
