Here’s a puzzler for all you legal beagles out there ! I provide chiropody services for several care homes where the residents are there because of varying degrees of mental health and other neurological problems ( eg autism, severe epilepsy, etc.) Some time ago at one establishment my services were terminated on the grounds of cost and the manager engaged an FHP who was cheaper.
