hi and help pls for some years i have had aching feet (hard to discribe) but in last few months become unbearable; started with soles of feet felling hot then cold and some times type of pins & needles feeling – in last few weeks pain under big toe nail (some times one foot but currently both) – seems to be no different whether day or night or hot or cold but thats me reflecting without having taken notes; have tried a few different pills without any sucess albeit not really into pills; doctors have not found cause ??
