Hello All, Allow me to give you a description of my injury and how it happened. (April 19th) While running down a hallway, I turned to glance over my shoulder and when I planted my left foot, I twisted in such a way that I felt a pop and immediately went down. I’ve had 2 children and this hurt! I couldn’t bear any weight on it and when I looked at my foot it was already swollen and bruised on the top and bottom
