Local anaesthetic not working

Greetings ColleaguesI have an unpleasant case of administering a LA and have it not work. It was a standard big toe block for a NWR and only half of the toe was numb. This was the side of the toe without the ingrown nail.I used some more LA to top it up but still no result.I tried to redo it..
