Looking for a surgeon to treat PTTD Stage I

I have PTTD in my RT ankle for the past 8 years. This condition was caused by my relatively high cavus foot combined with overuse due to sport activities. Essentially, the area of below and to the back (on a medial side) of my RT ankle – with an arc of about 90 degrees is tender to touch and is swelling with fluid after any substantial exercise
