Hi folks, I’m about to begin my Theory of Pod Surgery dissertation, the subject of which will be assessing the efficacy of the Omega XP laser on pain relief in plantar fasciitis. I’m just wondering if anyone out there has done something similar, or indeed if anyone uses LLLT regulary who may have undertaken a study investigating its effects. Your thoughts/opinions and anything else you’d like to share regarding laser therapy are most appreciated!! Louise
