medial arch collapse with medial slide of the whole ankle

I am an osteopath and would like to find a podiatrist who is knowledgeable at recreating the medial arch. I have done this with a patient and can get the function of the foot again without pain,despite the tibialis post and peroneus longus being damaged-podiatrists diagnosis
