Medical centre podiatrist -what is fair?

Hello Does anyone have any thoughts on: 1) what is a fair percentage to expect to pay a medical centre to take in payment for secretary, hicaps, bookings, cleaning, sterilisation of tools and room? 2) Should they provide an appropriate chair esp if it only is one day to start with? 3) Carpeted consult rooms!!!! with plastic floor protectors as floor coverings?
