Hi guys, Saw a very nice 27 year old chap today who is going to be joining the army later in the year and needs to go through the officer training at Sandhurst. In a nutshell he has right sided medial tibial stress syndrome, and in my opinion requires a well manufactured pair of custom made foot orthoses (and concurrent proximal control work from a Physiotherapist). However, I am reluctant to initiate this down here in London as he was only down for the weekend visiting his brother, and actually resides in Doncaster
