my foot hurts alot

i work in pipe lines n had 2 run as part of the job i havent ran in a while so when i took off with my left foot i felt like my nerve pop its a ugly feelin n everytime i take a step with my right foot my left foot feels awfull but the problem is i cant stop workin. iv had this pain 4 2 days now n its really startin 2 hurt. i put some icy hot on it but it still hurts alot.
