Myths of Running: Forefoot, Barefoot and Otherwise

The New York Times published a very nice review article, including the latest research on running footstrike and running economy, that basically debunks all the “running barefoot-running on forefoot/midfoot is best” propaganda that has been spouted about over the last few years by the Church of Barefoot Running.
