nail complaint

hi all, just wondered if anyone had any thoughts on these pics…brief history… 53 year old lady been seeing me for tx of VP’s and advice on onychomycosis tx has arythmia and hypothyroidism..takes thryroxine but no other meds usually wears trainers or crocs very active lady does alot of running around with grand kids and dogs recent (last appt) noted nails…took pics (sorry for quality) to see what thoughts you guys have
