a few days ago i experienced a foot fracture i am a 36 year old female.. i came on here for some advice or to know other peoples experience with this because I seem to be seeing people having different experiences with this fracture….im a long distance runner outdoors for 16 years and on sunday I was on my 8th mile and when I stepped down on the concrete I heard my foot make a weird crackle noise…I knew something was weird..it hurt but not to where I couldn’t walk I have always had pain..
