Nerve damage to the entire plantar tendon

I had a doctor that improperly used the cold laser on the bottom of both of my feet! Subsequently it has damaged all the nerves and tendons within the entire plantar region of the bottom of both feet! The damage is permanent and I would like to know what would be like if I decided to cut the nerve to my feet in order to take away the pain?? Or is it better to consider the Cyro nerve block before I go ahead and do this? Could anyone within this form or foot surgeon/Dr
