Nerve Entrapment (Heel pain)

Hello, I have been diagnosed with bilateral nerve entrapment of the medial calcaneal nerve and/or possible first branch of lateral plantar (baxter) nerve. I’m 24, previously athletic, non diabetic, normal weight/bmi.
