Hello I am a new graduate, this is my 1st post… I wish to try and make my own Orthoses from scratch to casts, eva polyprop etc however am having difficulty finding out what I need to record in the patients notes for these bespoke type devices. Some people I have spoken to just write “eva device to cast” surely you need more than this.
