I have recently become part of a company of podiatrists that use the skills of an orthotist/prosthetist to make the orthotics that we (as podiatrists) prescribe for our patients. I am not entirely happy with the orthotics that come back from him…they just do not seem to be the “same” as orthotics that are manufactured by a podiatrist?!?
