I had surgery on the 2nd toe overlapping to big toe which has a bunion. After 2 years the 2n toe next to the big toe that had the surgery is still swollen and hurts at the bottom of the toe where the doctor claims he tied it up. which I do not understand, There is a bone I think near the bottom, It red and swollen, He claims he cannot do anything
