Pain and swelling in my foot

A few weeks ago I started to see swelling on the knuckle area of my right foot and experienced a lot of pain in the area when walking or moving my toes. Since then the swelling has reduced with ice and anti-inflammatories however the pain has moved from the front of my foot to the back
