pain by arch

My boyfriend started feeling sharp pain on his foot yesterday. No broken bone, he didn’t hurt himself doing anything…he woke up to a sharp pain in the foot by the inner side of the right foot…he’s tried stretching it and walking on it but their just lots of pain.
