Recently I’ve started running and have been experiencing bad pain (nerve pinches I’m assuming) on the inner arch of my left foot. I was diagnosed with flat feet during middle school (7th grade) and wore arch supports for 2 years after which my feet felt fine, but I haven’t had these problems until this year (senior).
