Hi, just wondering if somebody could give me some advice.About 1 year ago I started being unable to put my left foot down as I would experience a lot of pain, then at other times I could walk normally without any pain at all.I did go to the doctors and he said that it could be my ligaments causing the pain.At the time it started I was wearing flat boots that didnt give me much support. Also ata the time of the doctors appointment the foot wasnt painfull or swollen.Since the pain started 1 year ago, I stopped wearing shoes and boots that didnt support me as I was scared the pain would return.Over the past year the pain came and went but never as severe as the first time.I sometimes experience a throbbing pain in my leg too, usually at night. For the past 2 days the pain has returned, at the moment the pain is in my left foot again just below my inner ankle bone.It is slightly swollen at my ankle bone but nothing major. However it does sometimes swell up.I do spent alot of time on my feet at work, but the pain doesnt always occur on the days i work.Im totally confused!Has anybody experienced this and what was it.Any advise would be much appreciated. Thanks
