Hi all, I dont remember doing anything to my left foot, but for the last 3 days the whole top of my foot is very painful, it feels like I’ve got a massive bruise over the whole of my foot. My foot is only a little swollen in comparison to my right foot, but the weirdest thing of all is that when I walk or move my foot my foot feels like it is squeaking and the bones are grinding together.
