Plantar hallux ulcer with posterior tibial tendon dysfuntion

Hi All, Just wondering if anyone would be able to offer any advice regarding a pt. I have been seeing for the past few years that has a recurrent ulcer plantar to her hallux. We can get the ulcer heal, via use of a pneumatic walker or felt padding with a wound shoe
