2 days ago, I was dancing around being silly with my kids and kicking my foot out repeatedly when I accidentally kicked (HARD) the corner edge of my wooden kitchen island. The ball of my foot took the impact…and it was painful enough to put me on the floor for a few minutes to gather my composure.
