Hello, I have a bit of a concern. I am a 22-year old runner, and I had a tibial sesamoidectomy this past February after 3 years of dealing with avascular necrosis and trying to rehab with non-surgical tactics, i.e. no running/high impact sports, walking cast for nearly 6 months, custom orthotics, bone stimulator machine, etc., to no avail.
