Hello I have a elderly patient with a plantar ulcer and are unsure what is the best primary dressing to use. The ulcer is down to bone and macerated at the wound base. A Pod had been dressing it previously and more recently district nurses seem only have to dressed the wound with Inadine ,melolin and tape! I have ordered Kerraped boots to offload the area Thanks Roberta xXx
