Question on walking cast

hi, i just took after the cast after 3 week after a cracked metatarsal bone near the fifth shaft i believe. i was referred to buy a aircast walking cast which i did but the leg is still swollen and i find it difficult to walk because the part above the sole behind the ankles hurts whenever i walk.
