On Jan 17th 2012 I fell down the last step of stairs, twisted my right foot and had a 5th Metatarsal fracture. The next day went to a orthopedic and he put me in a cam boots and asked to keep foot elevated for 4 weeks. They also gave crutches to move around the house and asked to visit the doc in 4 weeks Went for a checkup in 4 weeks and the doc did not take any x-ray but just checked the foot by pressing above the injured 5th Metatarsal.
