Hi everyone I have managed to get both myself and my accountant confused when trying to organise hiring a permanent part time receptionist to my growing mobile clinic. I am hoping to hire a relative of mine but wish to pay them by award wage for their position but these new modern awards on fairwork.gov.au are doing my head in! Basically they have nil experience, but will be performing all the tasks I can no longer find the time to do…..answering phones, returning faxes, autoclaving and making bookings, about 8 hours a week to begin with, from my home office. What award wage is everyone using for their staff
