Reference for a Diabetic Neurology CPD article

Hello – I wonder if anyone can help me. I have recently written an essay and referenced from a Society CPD article written by Paul Chadwick – “Peripheral neuropathy and the foot”. All I know is that it was published by as a supplement in Podiatry Now last year (I was given a photocopy of the article by a colleague).
