Running Shoe Care

Wasnt sure where to fit this post so I though that I would slot it into this section. Does anyone have any good tips one how to look after running shoes? I want to give my Asics Nimbus 13’s a clean but I have heard that you are not meant to either put them through the washing machine or dry them using a radiator
