Hello, I have what I think is a saddle bone deformity on my left foot; I’d noticed the hard, protruding bone on the top of my foot (above the arch)before, but it had never actually caused me any pain. Then, a few months ago, seemingly out of nowhere, sharp pains started radiating from it. I avoided any strenuous activity and after about a week, it subsided
