Should We Retrain the Gait of Asymptomatic Runners?

I wanted to create a new thread here on Podiatry Arena that explores the theory of gait retraining in runners, expanding on the discussion that Ian Griffiths and I just had in the thread on Use a Wider Base of Gait for Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome . There are many who believe that symptomatic runners and asymptomatic runners can have their running gait patterns retrained to become more efficient and less painful
