when i am walking climbing stairs i am getting click click sounds what to do to reduce that sounds and after i run or work with foot my heel is paining i used some tablets the pain gone but after i didnt use because i dont like tablets but after some days the pain came again its like 1 year and now my hell is making sound i een checked if any broken bones but none broken but i need to run every day in different roads what do i have to do
