Steroid injection for sesamoiditis

Hi all, Just after some advice regarding best practice when injecting the sesamoids, I can’t find any videos online or demos and it wasn’t covered in the injection therapy training that I did a few years ago. For the fibula sesamoid is it best to go in dorsally? Would appreciate any feedback or preferences Many thanks Marc Barton
