suspicious cycst type lesion on the ear

Hi all you Dermo specialist Guys (Bel:D) Attached is a pic of a patient’s ear with a blood filled cyst about 7mm diameter. It has been there for about 2 months and occasionally bursts and bleeds profusely. It does not resolved but it has not increased in size for several weeks.
