Sensation of tightness and or stiffness bottom of toes but are flexible without pain….feels like the skin is tight more than the toes , burning sensation on top of foot like a skinned knee would feel, swelling at times on top , a pocket of fluid yesterday on top of right foot.Went to podiatrist , said it was a bursitis, said cortisone injections would cure it……did not (and what doctor in right mind would come out with a statement like that).I mentioned could it be an injury from mowing my lawn which is not flat…pushing with front of foot…no response.I know the next step would probably be an mri but if I could just get an idea of what may be going on I could work with another doctor …..a deductible of $6000 keeps one a bit concerned .Oh, both feet are involved …flat wide feet and yes I’m overweight.Oh, exrays showed both feet with heel spurs….one I knew about that acts up once in awhile the other was a suprise.
