top of feet huge bone spurs… foot fusion???

I have huge bone spurs sticking up on top of both feet. My big toes are ok..sort of… (left 4 toes are numb) but the lump in behind my toes and hurts a lot!! I have been to two prominent foot and ankle guys, and they say I need a foot fusion
