About 6 weeks ago, I began experiencing a good deal of pain in the top of my left foot, about mid-foot between the first and second metatarsals (one leading to big toe and second toe), though mostly closer to the first metatarsal. It is particularly intense when I pivot on the left foot, which I do frequently in that my chosen sport is martial arts
