Can anyone give me advice on how to treat an ulcer on a bunion,or how to speed up the healing, I am wearing thong sandals to avoid any pressure on the bunion but ulcer is not healing , have been to GP 4 times and using Fuciden cream, someone suggested using manganese sulphate paste but nothing is helping.
