Unable to move lesser toes

Could anyone guide me with the following please…its my own foot but I cant work it out 😮 27 year old F with sudden onset of pain at R 4th plantar met head- pain was felt on placing foot on floor, no injury, trauma etc. Pain throbbing and felt walking painful. Unable to dorsiflex 2-4 toes.
